Congress House LLC is a sole proprietorship limited liability corporation. When you stay with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth on the booking site. If you work directly with us to coordinate your stay, we will send you our specific terms and conditions for the stay. We will make every effort to honor your reservation, but are not responsible for conditions that are out of our control -- like weather, etc.

This website is for informational purposes only. We do not conduct business transactions on the site, but rely on our booking partners to manage finances and transaction records unless the reservations are made directly with us. We don't retain your information on this website other than for our mailing list, but will maintain visitor information at our office in Berkeley Springs and in a secure electronic storage environment.

Any images and other content not owned directly by Congress House LLC are owned and rights retained by their respective owners and are otherwise used here with permission of the owners.
